INSTRUCTIONS

 STEP 1 

Remove the cap from the whitening gel syringe and fill the inner front surface of the mouth tray on both the top and bottom with 0.3 - 0.5 ML or less of gel.

 STEP 2 

Insert the light with tray into your mouth and over your teeth. Place the tray firmly against your front teeth.

Press the power button to turn on the light and begin whitening your teeth for 10-30 minutes.

 STEP 3  

Remove the mouth tray and rinse your mouth with warm water and admire.
